Information Technology Services (ITS) offers resources to help faculty and staff with a variety of requests. If you're unsure who to go to for help with a particular issue, you can start with the Help Desk.
When to Call the Help Desk
The Help Desk is your first point of contact for all of your technology-related questions and problems. The Help Desk staff will answer your questions or route you to the appropriate services. Contact the Help Desk to:
- Request services, such as installations, software, hardware and telephone support.
- Report any problems with your computer, printer, telephone, or connectivity issues.
