ITS has created a technology capital budget request system that ties into the new budget process. Below are the forms and instructions needed to submit a request.

Use the form below to submit all non-project related requests. Complete the fields with a white background to the best of your abilities (the gray fields will be completed by ITS and then sent back to you for input into PAWS).

Budget Request Spreadsheet 2009-2010 (Under $10,000)

Use the form below for all Academic Technology software requests. Please complete all fields. If a column is not applicable, input n/a. Incomplete forms will be returned to the requestor.
