The Help Desk is your first point of contact for all of your technology-related questions and problems. Even if you're unsure of how to get help with a particular issue, the Help Desk is always a great place to start. The Help Desk staff will answer your questions or route you to the appropriate services.
Contact the Help Desk to:
- Request services, such as installations, software, hardware and telephone support.
- Report any problems with your computer, printer, telephone, or connectivity issues.
- Report technical trouble with MYLMU.
