The ITS Help Desk is your first point of contact for all of your technology-related questions and problems. Even if you're unsure of how to get help with a particular issue, the ITS Help Desk is always a great place to start. The ITS Help Desk staff will answer your questions or route you to the appropriate services.

Contact the ITS Help Desk to:

  • Request services, such as installations, software, hardware and telephone support
  • Report problems with your computer, printer, telephone, or connectivity issues
  • Report problems accessing any LMU services or applications
