Extra Step Logging into Gmail
The first time you log into your LLS mail on the web after June 22, you will reach the Central Authentication Service (CAS) page and be prompted to enter your LLS credentials. Once logged in, you'll be taken to your email. This will only happen once, and your email experience should otherwise remain the same.
Password Reset Question Change
A new password reset tool will be going into effect on June 22, which will require you to create new security questions the next time you change your password. You do not need to change your password the day the new tool goes into effect, but the next time your password expires but be aware that the next time you DO need to change it, you'll be required to create new security questions.
How do I set my password reset security questions?
- Go to http://my.lmu.edu.
- Click on Reset Your Password.
- Verify your identity with the last four digits of your SSN and DOB
- Answer three of the 10 questions presented to you
- Reset your password
