Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Plan

ITS is very pleased to announce that we have upgraded to the Enterprise licensing plan. This plan is NOT available to LMU or LLS students. Personal student subscription information can be found here.

Follow these simple steps to access your account.

  1. Click here and click on Sign In the upper right corner.
  2. Enter lmu.edu or lls.edu for domain name. No need for password here.
  3. On the LMU Authentication Page, enter your LMU username and password.

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions below. Please check back frequently. If you do not see your questions, please email ITS Service Desk.

  • This is because the copy of your Adobe Creative Cloud on your LMU-issued computer was installed under the old licensing plan, which are no longer supported.

    Follow the simple steps above to start your LMU enterprise account.

  • Yes, your LMU/LLS email address will be used to associate the new licensing.

    NOTE: ITS is aware that many users have signed up to Adobe ID with their personal email addresses. You still can enjoy the free subscription. If you have contacted ITS Service Desk and have an email from Adobe, just click on the link and login to Adobe ID with your personal email address.

  • The activation transition should be seamless. When you receive the Adobe email in your LMU/LLS mailbox, click on the link to setup or login to Adobe. Login with your personal email address.

    NOTE: ITS will be conducting further testing and provide update shortly.

  • No, you do not need to do anything until your license expires.

    To check your expiration date, follow these steps:

    1. Open any Adobe CC app, click "Help" and select "Manage My Account".
    2. You will be prompted to login to Adobe ID.
    3. Under "Plans & Products", click Manage Plan. 
    4. Under Plan Details, you will see the expiration date of your current subscription

    NOTE: You do not need to wait till the expiration date to switch over. Keep in mind, you will not be reimbursed for any unused portion.

  • Your At-Home license is separate from the licensing plan for LMU-issued computer. So, you will not get a message that your license will expire on Nov. 30; unless your At-Home license coincidently expires on Nov. 30 as well.

    In general, you do not need to uninstall any apps. If there are new updates, you will have the option to "Update".

    Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop apps to see which apps need to be updated.

  • Yes and No.

    For your personal projects, you definitely can take advantage of this free space.

    For LMU related projects, Box is still the recommended cloud storage solution.

    NOTE: ITS is not responsible for files you store in Adobe Cloud.

  • If the side panel to download the software did not come up, right click on the Get Started link in the email, copy, and then paste in Firefox.

    For a more specific list, if you have LMU's Adobe Creative Cloud apps installed, open Creative Cloud Desktop app, click Home tab.
