Infrastructure Services
The Infrastructure Services (IFS) team is responsible for providing, supporting, and maintaining LMU IT infrastructure: routing/switching, wireless networking, analog and digital telecomm, data centers, platforms (Linux, Unix, VMWare, and Windows), storage, operations, and project support. In addition, the IFS team provides support for server, storage, and network hardware, applications, messaging, system health monitoring, Identity Management, and Active Directory.
The IFS team also supports the high-performance computing for academic research and video storage to support learning. The IFS also provides consulting services on infrastructure for project, performance and capacity management.
