LinkedIn Learning Integration

LMU now provides access to Linkedin Learning within Brightspace for greater convenience and smarter tracking. This means students can get credit for their LinkedIn Learning progress in LMU's official system for assessment.

To begin using, follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base article, Accessing the LinkedIn Learning Integration.

Benefits for Teachers
The Brightspace integration lets you develop a flipped learning structure in your course.
You get to assign skill-building material from LinkedIn Learning so you can focus on more advanced aspects of your subject matter. You can connect student results to your Grade Book and manage the process in a well-integrated experience.

Benefits for Students
Students get to have a seamless user experience with LinkedIn Learning without leaving Brightspace.
They can work through preset learning paths without spending time searching for material. They also receive class credit for completing the supplemental and reinforcing skill-building work that your instructor has assigned.

Reminder

All faculty, students, and staff still have SSO access to LinkedIn Learning's stand-alone platform, for all the learning you want to do outside of the context of a Brightspace companion course. To log in with your LMU credentials and begin using the library, follow the steps in the Knowledge Base article, LinkedIn Learning at LMU.
