ITS provides a central mailing list service for faculty, staff and students to further their work at the Law School. The service is driven by a list management system called Mailman. Maintenance and configuration of mailing lists can be performed through a web browser. Subscription and unsubscribe requests can be performed via an email client.
To assist in making the transition to Mailman, the following documents provide a useful starting point for list subscribers, moderators and administrators.

Requesting a new Mailman List
To request the creation of a new Mailman list, please complete the highlighted portions of the MailmanRequest.xls (Microsoft Excel required) and forward to the ITS Help Desk. Please review the contents of the accompanying Mailman List Request notes in order to assist in making suitable configuration choices for your new list.
List Membership Information Request
To allow current Mailman list memberships to remain as accurate as possible, authorized individuals may request a current listing of their Departmental, Committee or Group list in order that additions, subtractions or more extensive revisions may be addressed as efficiently as possible.
