Director of Client Support Services 

The Client Support Services team is dedicated to the support and advancement of technology-enhanced, teaching, learning and research at LMU. This team supports the needs and demands for both educational technology and administrative technology on campus. This team covers three areas – the ITS Service Desk, Desktop Support/Field Services, Computer Lab Support, and Classroom/Event support.

 

Classroom Support

Classroom Support ensures all classroom technology and equipment is maintained and updated and keeps learning spaces clean, organized, and conducive to learning.  

ITS Service Desk 

The ITS Service Desk is your first point of contact for all of your technology-related questions and problems. Even if you're unsure of how to get help with a particular issue, the ITS Service Desk is always a great place to start. The ITS Service Desk staff will answer your questions or route you to the appropriate services. 

Field Services 

The Field Services team is responsible for all computer replacement, hardware configuration, software installation, technology equipment setup, and many more.
