ITS Strategic Plans

The ITS Strategic Plan is a document that guides the direction of information technology at LMU. Every three years, ITS leaders create an outline of goals, and metrics for measuring success, for the next three years.

This document draws from LMU's university-wide strategic plan, as well as the work ITS does each day with faculty and staff. The plan also looks back at the previous three years, assessing whether or not goals were met, and whether, how, and why technology policy changed course.
