Alternative Formats
Alternative Formats are automatically generated for documents in Brightspace with no setup or editing required. Students can access these formats by selecting the blue accessibility icon next to course content, which opens the Alternative Formats menu. Instructors see a brief preview of the Accessibility Report with the option to view more details, while students do not see the report.
