The ITS Service Desk is your first point of contact for all of your technology-related questions and problems. Even if you're unsure of how to get help with a particular issue, the ITS Service Desk is always a great place to start. The ITS Help Desk staff will answer your questions or route you to the appropriate services.

NOTE: The ITS Service Desk was formerly the ITS Help Desk - the email address helpdesk@lmu.edu still works, even though we have adopted servicedesk@lmu.edu. The phone number and personnel are the same.

Contact the ITS Service Desk to:

  • Request installations, software, and/or hardware
  • Report device problems
  • Report access problems
